The Livingston Roundup Rodeo has been the premier rodeo in Montana for more than a century. In 2026 we are celebrating our 102nd rodeo. We host sell-out crowds, the best PRCA rodeo contestants, and audience members from around the U.S. We are excited to welcome you this year!

The Livingston Roundup appreciates all our of volunteers. It takes a village to put on this rodeo and in addition to all the time dedicated prior to the rodeo to ensure it's success we have people that work in concessions; taking tickets at the gate and reserved grandstands; selling merchandise; working in contestant and sponsor hospitality; working with the stock, prepping the arena ; parking; security and general tasks to help keep the event running smoothly. We have positions for just about everything you can imagine and are always looking for volunteers!

Do you want to make a difference in the community, meet new people and become involved in the rodeo? The Livingston Roundup is always looking for volunteers to help before, during and after the rodeo. You don’t have to know how to rope or ride you just need to have a desire to be involved.

Welcome to Livingston

The First Gateway to Yellowstone National Park

Livingston has a rich heritage in the American West. Our town began as a railway service stop and quickly grew into THE place for outdoor enthusiasts of every stripe. Now, we’re a bustling town nestled in the shadow of Yellowstone.

Visitors and locals alike can enjoy the Yellowstone Gateway Museum, visit art galleries, and—of course—visit Yellowstone National Park. Our official Host Hotel is the Fairfield Inn and they welcome everyone to come stay with them while visiting and enjoying everything Livingston has to offer. Our local Chamber of Commerce is a great place to get all the information you need to make your stay more enjoyable.

We’re Not Just a Rodeo

Hosting Events in Livingston All Year Long

We don’t just host an incredible rodeo. We’re here to help Livingston celebrate and build community connections.

The Livingston Roundup has made many improvements to the Park Country Fairgrounds over the years with an arena fence, a crow’s nest, bleachers, a ticket booth/office, a tractor, chute gates, various grounds improvements, and new paint and will continue to help make it the best arena possible!

We also help various other community and philanthropic organizations, such as:

American Cancer Society through the Tough Enough to Wear Pink auction
Livingston baseball and American Legion Braves baseball
Elk’s Club Christmas baskets and invest in the American Legion
Local benefit fundraisers and support the Livingston Chamber

We are a public benefit, non-profit corporation for the promotion of the common good and general welfare of the community within the meaning of §501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of the United States of America and its regulations as the same now exists or as may be amended from time to time and more specifically for any lawful purpose related to and necessary for sponsoring, promoting or putting on an annual rodeo for the Livingston (Park County) Montana, area.
